Cancellations
48 hours notice of cancellation of your scheduled appointment is required. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged at the full appointment rate.
Health Funds
NDIS
As a certified practicing speech pathologist (CPSP), NDIS self-managed and plan-managed clients of Early Voices can claim their fees in full with no out of pocket expenses.
Medicare
For children with an enhanced primary care plan which includes speech pathology you will be eligible for a Medicare rebate. A receipt will be issued to you on payment of the full fee. This will be required when claiming your rebate from Medicare.
Private Health Insurance
Your private health insurance may entitle you to a rebate for speech pathology services. Contact your insurer for more information. A receipt will be issued to you on payment of the full fee for claiming from your private health insurance.
